As far as Polish school is concerned, we are a high school in Wieruszów, a small town of over 8 500 inhabitants. Wieruszów is situated in the centre of Poland, in a rural area. It is about 250 kilometres from our capital city, Warsaw. The nearest big city is Wroclaw, about 100 kilometres away. There are 170 students, aged 15-19 and 20 teachers in our school. Education for all students is free. We prepare our students to high school leaving exam, Matura. We specialize in comprehensive subjects: Maths, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Geography, Polish and foreign languages (English, German, Russian and French). Most of our students continue their further education in universities, politechnics and other higher studies.
